Our Custom Jewellery Design Process
Tired of searching for the perfect earrings for an upcoming special occasion or a ring to pop the question with? Try crafting “The One” through our custom design process. The value of a piece of jewellery is more than materials and labour. When you choose to have us craft your piece, we don't stop at beautiful, hand-crafted jewellery. We ensure it looks and feels perfect while worn. Off-the-shelf isn't good enough, and we've staked our reputation over 70 years on it.

Here’s How It All Unfolds
We carry a large inventory of loose diamonds and coloured gemstones to ensure your piece looks its best and fits your budget.
Step 1: Jewellery consultation
It starts with a consultation where we discuss the design inspirations, style, materials, stone quality and the value it will hold for the wearer. We get the drawings finalized, provide you with a quote, and begin procuring any specific materials or gemstones for your custom piece upon getting your approval.
Step 2: Jewellery visualization
Using 3D rendering and wax printing techniques, we give your jewellery design an accurate visual look. During this process, our in-house goldsmith will again collaborate with you to discuss each detail and ensure that you are completely delighted with the final design.
Step 3: Jewellery creation
The final step is to cast, set, polish and realize your perfect ring, necklace, or other jewellery. Once we've finished creating your jewellery (usually a matter of days, depending on complexity), you can pick it up in-store or have it shipped to you.
How We Price Our Custom Pieces
The pricing of the piece will be based on the selected design, stones, weight, and types of metals that are going to be used. As we are a gemstone and precious metal wholesaler and our staff are not paid a commission, we will be able to offer lower prices. Generally, our customers (that's you!) save 30% or more compared with retail prices, and often much more.
Delivery with Satisfaction Guarantee
The delivery will be done with utmost care. If you pick your jewellery in-store, we make sure the piece is checked and properly packed. If we ship it to you, shipments are insured. Picked up or shipped, if you don’t like your jewellery, we either make it right, or you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. Conditions apply, of course.
